We are swimming in these energies and emotions, absorbing it into our bodies and energy fields, making us feel unbalanced. I created this guided meditation for my own daily use to invoke protection for myself and my family from my angels and spirit guides, clear other people’s energies and emotions from my body, and transmute negative energy to positive energy, returning it to the collective.
